    Wherever you are starting from we will workout in the best way that suits your body, and your heart and mind. I want you to love our sessions, and to come away feeling stronger and happier! There will be no judgement, no shouting and no comparison to anyone else. Instead there will be kindness, progress and excellent music.

FAQs

  • Personal training sessions are £80/hour. I request payment in advance, done in 4 week block bookings. If you can’t make it, give me 48 hours notice and we’ll just set up a new day/time. If it’s less than 48 hours I may have to charge you for the session.

  • That’s fine. We all have busy lives and many responsibilities. So we will find a way to make it work each week.

  • That depends on your goals and how much time you have available. In general I recommend a pilates/weights/mobility session twice a week plus lots of walking and ideally some cardio exercise on top, such as cycling, dancing, swimming or jogging. But always, start small and build up slowly and safely. No heavy lifting or marathon running required here!

  • You start by starting. We are all weaker, fatter, thinner, taller, smaller than we want to me. Whatever.

    Let’s get to the mat and do some work, see where we are, make progress, feel better and stronger, and have some laughs. Then repeat!

  • I am a qualified STOTT Pilates Mat instructor, and certified Personal Trainer. I am always studying movement techniques with different experts! I am currently qualifying as a yoga instructor with Heart & Bones, and recently completed the Restore your Core Method Training, and became a MindBodyGreen certified Health Coach.
